The 9th of July was a real experience for La Farge Company, when Tatrabis organized a team building event for them. During that day, the company managers were divided into 4 teams and competed between them.

 

To break the official atmosphere, the 4teams were involved in icebreaking activities that emphasized their communication and collaboration ability.

 

Beside dynamic exercises, “the groove ball” was in the top of the programme. Our guests from Romania, mentioned this game as being the most strategic and having developed positive thinking and team spirit.

 

The team building continued with adventure type activities. Any problem that appeared in difficult and extreme situations was settled easily, as all the teams showed great ability to pass through obstacles. Neither the “cobweb” did not impede to go on successfully.

 

The contest ended with a real war of pulling the ropes. All the teams were fighting hard to win.

At the end of the day the totals were made and winners announced. The real victory was gained by La Farge Company. At the end of the program the company’s personnel gained a lot of experience that could be successfully applied in their daily activities.
