On the 9th of September, 2008 we have organized for Lafarge Cement Moldova Company a team building under the generic «Build the Raft and Find the treasure».
The team building programme was based on the role and the steps of team work. The team building programme included workshops with a high communication impact as for example: sport orientation, in this exercise the team was informed that they are going to build a raft out of barrels and find the treasure. The race with barriers helped the team to divide their team functions. The toxic waste and the beam in the labyrinth made the team identify a unique work strategy.
Each workshop as already mentioned above was followed up by the debriefing; during this exercise every participant was involved in expressing their point of view about the team work. The facilitator offered the participants a questionnaire and the theoretical materials so that each participant could identify their role in the group.
At the end of the day the teams participated in the assembling of a puzzle from the pieces found during the sport orientation.
The event was finalized in a relaxing way through the exercise «Making a Pizza».
